Yes. Each Frosted Case is individually handcrafted and decorated by hand. Because of this, small variations may occur and are part of what makes each piece unique.
Yes. You can request a custom design through our Custom Orders page. You can share your preferred colours, theme, charms, decorations and reference images.
We can make cases for many popular Apple, Samsung, OPPO, vivo and Nothing models. If you don't see your exact model listed, you can enter it manually in the custom-order form and we'll check availability.
Custom cases are individually quoted based on the phone model, materials, decorations and complexity of the design. We confirm the final price before production begins.
Handmade pieces require preparation and crafting time. The estimated production time will be communicated to you before your order is confirmed.
Absolutely. You can upload an inspiration or reference image when submitting a custom request. Your reference helps us understand the style you're looking for.
We can use your reference as inspiration, but handmade work may not be an exact replica. We'll aim to capture the overall style, colours and details while creating your piece in the Frosted Cases aesthetic.
Because our handmade and customised products are made specifically for each customer, returns and exchanges may be limited. Please check our Shipping & Returns policy before placing an order.
Handle your case gently and avoid excessive pressure, water, heat and harsh chemicals. Keep decorative elements away from rough surfaces and store the case carefully when not in use.
Shipping availability and charges will be shown or communicated during the ordering process. Free shipping currently applies to eligible orders above ₹1499.
Yes. Custom orders can include colour preferences, themes, decorations and other design details. Final feasibility depends on available materials.
